I am a coach, a mentor and a Master Teacher for Gypsy Caravan Tribal Bellydance®!
From having a busy corporate career in Human Resources, I’ve taken my skills, experience and talents that can serve folks best and focused on these.
My business is Limits and Choices Coaching – and I believe in my mantra that you can give yourself limits and give yourself choices, both are good if they’re conscious and serve you well!
I’m also a mum to Aimee (age 8) and as a late developer in motherhood, this keeps me young with no time for a mid-life crisis.
I also love to practice yoga, and hike in the great outdoors.
