Desire is so important, you know I talk about it all the time. Dance with your desires. Embody your wishes, feel them in your soul, in your belly, in your heart. Being in touch with the body and bringing in your intentions!

We talked about intentions last week and I still am! Setting intentions for today, for the week, the month, the rest of the year. Your life! Because it matters, you matter…

And if you aren’t sure what to do first, or next, I can help you with that. You know, it really is ok to ask for help, from someone other than your best friend, or your mate. Someone who has been there before, someone who has skills, tools, and the desire to help! That’s me!
