I know I would not have the life I have today if I hadn’t made that decision to take charge, to rewrite what I was wanting, and most importantly, to ask for help to get clarity and steps to move out of that stuck place I was in years ago, so I, too, hired a coach. I invested in myself, many times over, spending thousands of bucks to learn new ways, get support and tools to build myself and my business, so I could also build my coaching practice and help you. All so worth it, fun too, as I found a new mindset, and new daily, weekly, and monthly practices in goal setting, and developing new methods that helped me, and then helped many of my clients too. Plus I wrote and published my fourth book ( From Soulless Job to Creative Abundance! available on Amazon, here)
Asking for help and investing in oneself is HUGE, and does not have to be so hard. It really is just about declaring you are worth it, your dreams are important, you know you can make more money, you know you can write that book, or switch jobs, or start your own company. And feel freaking great in your body, falling back in love with yourself… so good.
Focus, Clarity, Abundance, Accountability, and Freedom is a key ingredient in my lifestyle. And Connection! My values. And what I help bring to each client. What about you? What are your values that you want to move forward with? It’s a good time to sit down and think about those things for yourself.
I believe highly in pleasure and self-care–important aspects of my work, but I don’t lay around on the couch all day. I do my work, and really, redefining the word “work” and what it means to me. What does it mean to you? I love my work and get up excited every morning, to connect with my clients, to work on new projects, but also with free time to take care of myself and enjoy this life I have chosen.
I love my work, it is my passion and obsession, in such a good way. Leading others into their power, into their bodies, helping them to create, and re-create, re-define their beauty and visions, to clarify their desires-body, mind, and spirit–and guiding them to the steps that will kick start, clear their energy of those old stories, enhance their own inner power, build on the vision, so they too, can be the light! To live lit up every day, that’s what I say.
Because I’ve been there too. Feeling lost, alone, pulled in too many directions. But that all has changed and wow!
