You know what? I am so glad you are here, here to share the journey, here to show up, here to be part of the tribe, here to be inspired and inspire… I have so much gratitude every day that I get to do what I do, that I get to have you as part of the story, and to share my stories with you, too. So thank you, from my heart, body, and soul.
Spring is upon us, and how does that feel to you? I love the freshness, the light changing, the buds popping up. It lends me to lots of journaling and poetry-making, so today I will share some of that with you.

I must have a mind of Spring to regard
The freshness of what every day has to offer
A curious mindset of growth and the new possibilities
The emerging of opportunities showing themselves,
Sometimes shyly, peeking out from spirit
Sometimes in your face robust
Saying “Take me now, do it”
Sometimes the downloads are fleeting
One must hurry to gather, collect,
and sow the ideas quickly
Before they pass on to someone else
A spring-like regard to stepping up and stepping out
Participating in the blossoming
To show off the individuality of me
The quirky, the beautiful, the ugly, the glory,
The power, the desires
The downright action of standing tall, and still-mountain
In the early morning glowing sunrise
Often blinding in sky beauty
You are most observable
Whispering good morning and listen now
Coming with new beginnings
Sprouting aliveness and opening the petal doors
I am forever awed, never tiring of the whispering
The knock on my shoulder
Eyes wide open
Heart, body, and soul ready to receive
And then allowing myself to unfold like the buds
Then to dig out of the ground
Either difficult with the thick wet mud-like tenacity of comfort
Or the ease of loose desert sand leaping forward with the high wind energy
Ever bulldozing my path and leading the way
Some inspirations take me instantly
I can’t act fast enough
Even sometimes without thought-out actions
But with creative excitement
And others say “Here, but wait, keep listening”
Learning to listen is an act of art
With the power of creation
And that inquisitive light brightens
Getting sharper, hotter, burning, shadowing, then
Reclining, then softening back into darkness, saying
“We will begin again tomorrow”

Since in my last class, and also always here in my SM, I’ve been talking about planting seeds, and making change for your desires…these ideas are continuing…

How fun are all the things happening for spring???
In Person Classes in the Desert
:an exploration of the chakras with
a journey of self-discovery,
starting Monday, April 17th, 6-7:30 pm in Palm Springs!
Starting April 17th we will, each week, have group discussions about our 7 main chakras, wearing colors for each week to match the chakras, and add in meditations, journaling, movement, and sound baths! Yummy!
For the first week, wear something red, if you desire!

- Week 1. Root Chakra- the color: Red- about Grounding and Earth Connection
- 2. Sacral Chakra- Orange-Creativity, Fertility, Sensuality
